Whether you’re planning to elope on a cliff in the mountains, have a large gathering of family and friends at a local country club, or perhaps get married somewhere by the water, I have just the venue for you. In no particular order, here are my very favourite wedding venues in Squamish:
The Sea To Sky Gondola
The Sea To Sky Gondola is a breathtaking place to get married. If you're the adventurous type and you're planning an intimate elopement, this is the place!
Cheakamus Centre
Cheakamus is best known as a centre for environmental and indigenous cultural education. They also host weddings! Whether you are looking for a modern indoor wedding venue or a stunning forest setting, this 165 hectare ecological reserve is an incredible place to get married.
Furry Creek Golf & Country Club
Furry Creek is one of the most sought after wedding venues in the Sea-to-Sky region. This venue boasts a gorgeous waterfall ceremony site, sizeable banquet room, lush landscape and delicious food. This is a great choice if you have a higher guest count and would like the ease of a venue that offers a lot of different amenities.
Eagle Valley Retreat
Eagle Valley Retreat boasts a stunning mountain backdrop and a 7-acre property that allows for weddings of up to 200 guests. They also feature accommodations for up to 24 + a separate Coach House for the wedding couple.
Cheekye Ranch
Cheekye Ranch is situated along the Cheakamus River in Squamish. It has many acres of coastal forest and unparalleled mountain views. What makes Cheekye Ranch so special is that it is also home to Second Chance Cheekye Ranch (SCCR), a charitable organization that rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes horses in need. It is a place of sanctuary for over 40 rescued horses. Cheekye Ranch is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful venue for your Squamish wedding.
Sunwolf Riverside Resort
Sunwolf is located just North of Squamish, on the Cheakamus River. They boast a stunning forested property, comfortable cabin accommodations and delectable catering that you wouldn't expect to find in the forest. There are a variety of different sites on the property where you can have your wedding ceremony and reception, indoors or indoors.
Squamish Valley Golf Club
Located on the outskirts of town, the Squamish Valley Golf Clubhouse overlooks lush greens, water, and snowcapped mountains. They offer full-service wedding packages and can accommodate up to 140 guests. They are an excellent venue choice if you are planning a larger wedding ceremony and reception.
Sitka Farms
Sitka Farms is a beautiful little wedding venue in Upper Squamish, nestled between Cloudburst Mountain and the Tantalus Mountain range. It features a rustic barn built from actual tree trunks cut from the forest on their property.
Glacier Valley Farm
Located in Squamish Valley, this venue offers every possible thing you could need to create the wedding of your dreams. They also offer a farm to table catering experience.
